Continuing on the toning a sculpting of the upper body, this video begins to focus on consciously engaging your core muscles while actively working on your arms in several different positions barrowed from CrossFit routines. These movements isolate and begin to build the strength needed for more complex movements.


Building Arm Strength Part 3

Various body weight training exercises converted to yoga poses. As you progress in the series and repeat over the course of a month you'll begin to see results. The true benefit of bodyweight training is its ability to improve your cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength. Keep it up.
