Nurturing Heart Yoga
Let’s start where you are…


Like many of you, I have been practicing yoga off and on for many years.  During times of stress, I practiced more; and during good times, I practiced less.  Yoga has supported my physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual growth.  As I get older I see these benefits in my life. I’m a better, happier and healthier person as a result and that is what I want for my clients.  It will look different for everyone, every day of the week but yoga is available and accessible to everyone.  My teaching and my personal practice is more on the gentle side and includes Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. I understand that we all have busy lives but the time we carve out for self-care seems to create more quality time in our lives.  So let’s forget the excuses and get started.  Let’s start from where you are today....
