Creating connections is what yoga is about to me. This could mean connecting more deeply with yourself, your intention, your community, your spirituality… through your practice you will find what this means to you.

I began my practice as a teenager with the encouragement of my mom. While i enjoyed yoga, I didn’t dive fully into the practice until a few years later. Eventually, I found that yoga helped me manage my depression and anxiety. My relief came through practicing vinyasa, moon salutations, and restorative styles. I supplement my practice with beneficial essential oils, myofascial release, healing herbs and ayurvedic foods.
