Hatha Vinyasa/Yoga Flow

Hatha is a type of yoga and what most people do when they attend a yoga class. Vinyasa means moving with intention. Therefore, a Vinyasa is every type of yoga. The speed and style is dependent on the teacher. Please contact the specific teacher if you have questions about their style.


Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is much slower and relaxed. Usually using many props the student will be supported so that they may completely relax their muscles and mind. The student may only do around 5-7 postures during an hour long class. See Teri Mullen for Yin Yoga.


Yoga Nidra

Come relax with some gentle movement before a guided Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep,
allows you to connect with your subconscious while remaining in a restful state physically and mentally. Nidra allows one to work within, release anxiety, overcome insomnia, or harness the power of the mind. It is stated that a one-hour Nidra practice is equivalent to 4 hours of deep sleep. Aroma Flow

Enhance your yoga practice with AromaFlow. This all-levels vinyasa-style class incorporates essential oils to bring awareness to specific parts of the body. Each class focuses on a different aspect of the subtle and physical body while incorporating a different oil to enhance that focal point. See Erika Heacock for further information.


Stretch & Sesh
