Yoga has been in my life for over a decade, with the last several years involving a more consistent practice. Breath and movement has provided personal growth and awareness. This
practice has given me the ability to navigate life with peace. Yoga has also helped me push the boundaries of my self-esteem; poses and growth that I never thought possible, now come with more ease. My hope is to share this idea of breath and movement so you can overcome challenges and stoke the fire of your inner Goddess.

Recently completing my 200 hour RYT through Connect Yoga Teacher Training, I find Vinyasa, Meditation, Buti, Yoga Nidra, Chakra and Ritual work very important in my own practice.
